Membership FAQ

  • Beginning in 2026, all recurring reservations will be held through a membership. Your weekly time is reserved for you, and you’ll be billed once a month based on your session type and how many times per week you come.

    You can choose a membership for private, semi-private, 90‑minute, or weight training sessions, with options for one, two, three, or four sessions per week.

  • If you want to hold a consistent weekly time, the membership is the best fit. If you need more flexibility or prefer to book different times each week, a package may work better.

  • With the membership, your instructor holds a specific weekly time just for you. If you miss a session, there’s no cancellation fee but the session is still counted as part of your monthly membership.

    Please let us know if you’re not planning to attend so your instructor isn’t left wondering.

  • You may be able to reschedule occasionally, depending on your instructor’s availability. All reschedules must be with the same instructor and within the same billing month.

  • If your instructor has to cancel and we’re unable to offer a reschedule, the cost of that session will be credited toward your next month’s membership payment.

  • Yes. You’re welcome to gift your regular time slot to a friend or family member if you’re going to be away. It just needs to be your usual time and instructor, and we ask that you let us know in advance so we can welcome them properly.

  • Memberships are tied to individual clients and can’t be shared or transferred. Each person needs their own active membership to hold a recurring weekly time.

    If you’d like to manage billing together, we’re happy to add the same credit card to multiple accounts.

  • If you join the membership, we’ll apply your remaining package value to your first payment. Otherwise, you can continue using it as usual, just without a recurring reservation.

  • A membership holds your weekly time for the year. You may cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice. If you cancel, you won’t be eligible to rejoin the membership program for 6 months.

  • Memberships are billed monthly on the 15th. If your start date is mid-cycle, your first month may be prorated.

  • No problem. Non-members can still book sessions up to one month in advance, based on availability. However, a consistent weekly time cannot be held without a membership.

  • After years of offering full scheduling flexibility through packages, we found that it created more unpredictability than our small studio can sustain.

    Most clients attend sessions weekly, but when cancellations happen, the spot usually goes unfilled, leaving your instructor unpaid and making it harder to offer consistent availability to everyone.

    The membership protects your spot and ensures your instructor is compensated for the time they’ve set aside just for you. It also supports the steady routines and long-term relationships that make Spring Studio what it is.
