pilates tower & chill
Release, flow, move. A flowing 50 minute class using traditional Pilates Tower springs to support your body so you feel muscles activating while tension is being released.
In this class
You do not need previous Pilates or fitness experience to take this class however, there will be standing, kneeling and plank-like exercises. Springs will support some of your body weight but if you have a lot of trouble with any of these movements, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before registering.
you are able to get up and down from the floor relatively easily
you are not suffering from any major injuries or limitations
