Structural
Integration
Why SI?
Over time, many people begin to feel heavier—like movement takes more effort than it should.
As if simply being upright is something you have to work for.
You may even find yourself wishing you could turn gravity down a notch. That you’d feel less tired, move more easily, and finally release the deep compression that’s built up over the years.
We hear it all the time: “Gravity is the problem.”
But the truth is—gravity isn’t the problem.
The real issue is fascia.
Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps around every muscle, bone, and organ in the body.
It adapts to your movement patterns—helpful or harmful.
And over time, injury, tension, habits, and even emotional stress get stored in its layers.
What was once elastic and supportive becomes dense, sticky, and restrictive.
When fascia holds too tightly, your body begins to brace.
You lose fluidity. You lose space.
And gravity starts to feel like something you’re working against.
Structural Integration helps restore your relationship with gravity—by releasing and reorganizing the fascia.
This hands-on work doesn’t just relieve symptoms. It changes structure.
Layer by layer, the body lets go of what it no longer needs: old injuries, unconscious patterns, unnecessary effort.
As space returns, movement becomes easier.
You begin to feel upright, supported, and calm—without having to try so hard.
This is the work John Latz has been doing for over 40 years.
